Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the contiguous U.S.(does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico or APO addresses).
  • Orders $99.00 and up ship for free in the contiguous U.S. (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or APO addresses).
  • Orders under $99.00 ship for a flat rate of $8 in the contiguous U.S. exclusive of oversized items (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or APO addresses). 

Orders using discount codes that reduce the subtotal to less than $99.00 will be charged shipping. Free shipping applies to the total of the order after a discount has been applied and the total is still over $99.00. 

Free and flat rate shipping orders are NOT sent expedited. If you want expedited shipping, you must choose another shipping option at cost. Please contact us by email hello@thelocomama.com for assistance before placing your order.  

The Loco Mama is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Method of Shipping

We ship via the United States Postal Service and UPS. All shipping is based on product weight and applicable shipping options will be given. We do not require a signature at delivery. Please follow your tracking number that will be emailed to you and make sure someone is home to receive the order if you are not comfortable with it being left unattended in your absence. The Loco Mama is not responsible for confirmed deliveries that have been stolen. The Loco Mama is not responsible for delays in product delivery by USPS or UPS due to weather or their own internal errors. Overweight or oversized items may ship via UPS. The Loco Mama reserves the right to ship packages of certain size or weight via UPS or other similar carriers. 

If you have a missing shipment please open a claim with the carrier, you are responsible for filing the claim.

Lost or Missing Shipments

The Loco Mama is not responsible for lost or missing shipments. 

We encourage you to purchase the Route Shipping Insurance offered at checkout. You can read Route+ claim policies here. Please also view Route terms and conditions here.

Timeframe

Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days unless otherwise noted in the item listing details or you are notified via email regarding any changes in processing times. Occasionally, please allow an extra business day for processing during sales events or peak seasons. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

The Loco Mama is not responsible for orders that are placed with an incorrect shipping address. If you notice an error please contact us immediately and we will work with you for the best resolution possible. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship the order for actual cost of shipping- please note this is likely more than the original shipping cost as we charge a flat rate and not actual shipping costs.

Fulfillment Mistakes

Fulfillment mistakes may be made that result in the shipment of incorrect products to you. Those items will absolutely be accepted for return. The Loco Mama will cover all shipping costs for you to return the incorrect items, as well as to mail out your replacement items.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Loco Mama operated by Loco Sports Supply Inc. DBA The Loco Mama.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Loco Sports Supply Inc. DBA The Loco Mama, PO BOX 21, Nome, TX 77629.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to The Loco Mama, accessible from https://thelocomama.com
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

We cannot make any modifications or cancellations to your order once it is placed. Please place your order carefully.

Conditions for Returns/ Exchanges

We only offer exchanges or store credit at this time, subject to conditions and stock availability.

We gladly accept exchanges or you may return an item and receive store credit, within 7 days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs back to The Loco Mama. Items must be in original packaging and must show no signs of use. Cost of original actual shipping fees to the customer(note: actual shipping fees may be more than our flat rate shipping charge) will be deducted from the available store credit. If the items come in a sealed container or plastic, it must be returned in the same condition.

If your order qualified for free shipping and the return of the item(s) changes your original order total so that it is below the minimum price point for free shipping we will deduct shipping cost from the sum of the price of the returned item(s) to cover costs incurred with shipping your original items.

Store credit will be issued once we have received the item and deemed it in proper unused condition. If the item came in a sealed container or plastic, it must be returned in the same condition. 

Returns must be in the mail on their way back to us within 7 days of our approval of a return (based on the date on the postmark). 

If 7 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you exchange, or store credit. 

There are no exchanges or store credit available for seasonal or special order items. These will be stated as such in the item listing description. The same applies for sale items. If you used any type of a discount code this is considered a “sale item” and is not eligible for exchange or store credit. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can sometimes accommodate exchanges if we still have stock available in a different size/color/style or a similarly priced item. Send us an email at hello@thelocomama.com and we'll see what we can figure out! Please note that customers are responsible for shipping the item to be exchanged back to The Loco Mama. 

Damaged items

All items are inspected and carefully packed. Some items are sealed directly by the manufacturer. Should there be a defect with an item, please contact us by email hello@thelocomama within 48 hours of delivery via email with an attached image, so we can address the situation. The Loco Mama is not responsible for packages and their contents lost or damaged in transition via USPS, FedEx, or UPS or toys that are damaged after you have received, handled and/or played with them. We can reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf or provide you with a contact method to see if they may be able to assist in any way.  

For our wooden toys there is a normal range of wood grain and natural markings that are part of the product. These are not considered defects by the brands we carry and are instead celebrated as part of what makes wooden toys unique. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted for not liking the wood grain on your individual item as this is not considered a defect.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
